I can offer a Content Management System which I can customise to meet any requirements. Each is custom written to ensure what you need is what you get.

Estate Agent Content Management System
For Estate Agents I can offer a fully customisable CMS system which can give the following features depending on requirements;
- Add and edit property details
- Upload and change property photographs
- Enter customer details and property sales history
- List and print properties and their status (Sold, Reserved etc)
- A 'Specials' page whereby the admin can pick a few properties to appear on the front page of the main site.
- Search facility which includes property and owner searching
This system also allows for standard 'XML' feeds for importing the properties into sites such as Kyero.com and I can setup feeds for companies such as Right Move who require a less standard format.
I then take the data and render into pages on the client-facing part of the site and setup search and advanced search pages.
Vacation Rental Content Management Systems
In addition to the features above, for rental companies that advertise villas etc. I can include;
- Online calendar allowing for the 'booking/unbooking' of dates allowing the user to see the latest status of a property.
- Adding and editing of prices for each property allowing for 1,2 or 3 weeks etc.
- An 'Offers' section to allow the admin to pick properties with reduced prices, for example, and show them on their main site.
