If you have any problems with your computer (Mac or PC) and related peripherals (your internet connection for example), We can help.
We have experience with most operating systems and keep up to date with any current changes/additions to the IT world.
We can offer two methods of help either remotely (in the case of a software problem) or a home visit.
Remote Access
Using an easy-to-install, free program, we can connect to your computer and control it as if we were sitting in front of the screen*. We can then examine your computer and solve whatever problems there may be.
*This requires some intervention from the user so no unauthorised access can occur.
Home Visit in the Poitou Charente
If a remote access is not possible, then we can conduct home visits.
We are based in department 79 of France and travel to the border departments.
We can travel to your location and can inspect/repair the computer onsite, including calling any internet providors (such as Orange, Neuf/SFR etc) to resolve connectivity issues.
Longer fixes such as trojan removals can take place at my office and the pc returned thereby saving on-site hourly costs.

Home visits
30€ per hour. Cash, cheques or PayPal is accepted.
